I really want one of these poolside basketball hoops this year. This one actually is a 2-in-1 game and has a volleyball net as well.

May 3, 2009 Another project down

I finally finished organizing the drawer and cabinets of my desk in the kitchen. Everything had been piled up on the dining room table so now the cabinets are organized and my dining room table is clutter free again.

May 2, 2009 Almost done!

All the repairs are finally done and we finished painting today. Once the walls are dry we can put everything back. WOOHOO!

May 1, 2009 Last day of safety patrol

Today was Ethan's last day of safety patrol for the year (unless he's asked to train the 4th graders that will be on patrol next year).

April 30, 2009 I want my kitchen back

I am so ready for the repairs to be done so that we can put our family room back together. I'm tired of having my family room furniture in the kitchen.

April 29, 2009 Old age

I actually had to use this magnifying glass to read the instructions for a step counter I was trying to set up. I have had my eyes checked and I don't need glasses...but sometimes I really feel like I do. Perhaps I'll get them checked again.

April 28, 2009 Pile of weeds

When I got back from my run this morning I noticed a ton of weeds in the front yard so I started pulling them. I'm thinking that's what we pay our gardeners for...hmmm.

April 27, 2009 House repairs continue

Still working towards getting all the repairs done from our pipe leak. The walls had to be textured twice because the first time didn't look right. The project continues...
