We have new neighbors and my boys and their boys get along great. They have a blast playing together. Only problem...it's next to impossible to drag mine away from playing when it's time for dinner.

This might not look like a big deal, but it really is for Ethan. See he's very timid when it comes to things like skateboards, scooters and bikes so to see him actually attempting to ride those things is a HUGE accomplishment for him. March 16, 2009 Birthday plate
I painted this plate back in 1999 thinking what a cool idea it would be for each of us to use each your on our birthday when we eat our cake. Do you think I remember each year? Nope, sure don't. In fact I honestly can't remember the last time we used it before tonight. See, I talked about it at dinner on Saturday then forgot last night when we got the cake. March 8, 2009 New shoes
I wanted a new pair of shoes for walking and Seth desperately needed new athletic shoes (of course Ethan got a pair in the process as well) because he only had 1 pair and they were totally worn out. I was going to get Seth 2 pairs but he ended up with 3 because the Vans outlet had them buy one get one half off so one pair was $14.95 and the second pair was $7.48. Ethan's shoes came from the Skechers outlet and they had buy one get one half off as well and that's where we went first.March 7, 2009 Birdie hanging out
